The apartment is sellted near the famous "Church of San Lorenzo", the Duomo, the Medici Chapels. Also near to Centro Espositivo, Palazzo dei Congressi, Mercato di San Lorenzo and all the principal museums that you can reach by walk in a few minutes.

The apartment is situated at the second floor, easily accessible thanks to the elevator, of a prestigiuos and storic building, totally restored on 2006.
It is made up of a spacious living and dinner room, supplied with a double sofa-bed and a very big and handy kitchen set of a washing machine, a microwave oven and with all the comfort you need for a delightful holiday.
From here, you have access to the wonderful bathroom, and the confortable double bedroom.
All the rooms are furnished with an elegance and luxury style, and they are very luminous thanks to the three big windows wich appear at one of the street close to the famous Mercato di San Lorenzo, that you can reach in two minutes by walk.
