Booking with RentFlorenceCity.com is easy. Once you have chosen the apartment that satisfies all your requests, you only need to fill in the application form, send it and wait for our confirmation within 24 business hours. If the accommodation is not available, we will suggest you different ones, as alternative, corresponding much more to your requests.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATION
Booking is very easy. Once you have chosen the accommodation which satisfies all your requests, you only need to fill in the application form, send it and wait for our confirmation within 24 business hours. If the accommodation will be not available, we will be pleased to suggest you different ones, as alternative, corresponding much more to your requests.

CONFIRMATION
As soon as we have checked the availability of the required accommodation, you will receive our confirm by email, with the amount to pay as deposit and how to settle it. Actually, the only accepted methods of payment are:

  • by credit card, connecting to a safe transaction system on line linked to our bank;
  • by PayPal® ;
  • by bank transfer;
  • by Western Union® .

The deposit must be received within 2 days from our confirmation date, after we will cancel your request.

IMPORTANT: A reservation is valid only with the payment of the deposit and the issue of voucher from our side.

BOOKING VOUCHERS
When the deposit will be received, our office will send you the booking voucher, a document which shows all your reservation data, as: - all the owner information you need to fix the check in time; - information about the booked accommodation; - number of guests and reservation dates; - how to reach the accommodation; - amount to pay directly to the owner as caution money, if requested; - balance to pay on your arrival date. It is very important to print and carry with you a copy of the voucher, in order to show it during the check in. If you will not receive it, please ask us to re-send you a copy.

CHECK IN TIME
The standard check in time is from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., but it can change according to the different agencies.

CHECK OUT
The accommodation must be left within 10 a.m. of the leaving day, except for different agreements taken directly with the owner.

KEY DELIVERY
The house keys will be given you on your arrival. The owner will instruct you how to return them when you leave the accommodation. It must be paid 20 euro if the keys will be lost.

BALANCE
The balance of the reservation must be paid directly to the owner of the property on your arrival.

CAUTION MONEY
If the owner of the accommodation you have chosen, requests a caution money, we will indicate all the information about it on the voucher.

CANCELLATION
You will receive a 50% reimbursement of the paid deposit, only if the cancellation will be communicated to us with a notice period of more then 90 days before the arrival day, otherwise we will keep the entire deposit. If client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS FROM OUR SIDE
For any alterations or cancellations due to Universal, we will provide you another accommodation of equal or grater quality. If you will not accept this change, the booking will be cancelled and the paid deposit will be refunded in total.

PRIVACY
Sending a request by our web site, please note you authorize us to use your personal data, according to the D.L. 196/2003.

TRAVELLING DOCUMENTS
All clients, also those residents on European Union, are requested to present a valid identity document with a copy, to give to the owner, according to the laws in force.

ACCEPTANCE
Once the deposit payment is settled, you confirm the acceptance of all terms and conditions as above.
